Ashley Kimball

Creative Director
A theatre director who grew up in Stockton, California, Ashley Kimball enjoys teaching people of all ages and skills theatre. Ashley grew up in a family surrounded by theatre, and has Directed throughout the Bay Area as well as overseas in the United Arab Emerates, Abu Dhabi. Ashley holds a Bachelor's of Theatre Arts from Sonoma State University and is accredited in Early Childhood Education. She has revolutionized the art of teaching very young children theatre arts and loves providing a safe space for all people to create and imagine.
Vanessa Frost, MS
NBT Founder and Managing Director
A Sonoma County native, Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and has many years of Executive Leadership experience. Vanessa has a passion for youth programming that allows young people to develop their unique potential and believes the whole community is enriched when people have the opportunity to explore the arts.
